1. Work time WAS flexible 2. On time salary 3. Good to learn ( based on your manager) 4. Not much pressure
Cons
1. No recognition for your hardwork. 2. Awards and appraisals are given only for old employees again and again. 3. 3 months of notice period ( if you are lucky you will get salary after so much of arguments with management in the notice period) else salary is released only at the time of settlement. Offer letter will never speak about that they will hold salary during notice but finally the entire management will play with you when you are at notice. 4. Lack of systematic approach 5. They charge you from your salary ( which is compulsory with no option to opt out for food) Quality of food is before average for the cost. 6. No car parking will be provided to mid level employees. They put pressure on watch man to block it for managers🤣🤣 7. Focus is only on IT. Other departments are never cared. 8. 6 HR changed in a year.
