-Work & Family Life Balance is difficult - Long working hours - Only one day is a week off.

Working Environment is Good. People are Very friendly, they have good helping nature in terms of clarifying Doubts in work.

Nothing New to learn in Operations. Work and life balance can't be possible here. They only consider login times no logout untill manager leaves. In operations people need to work like machines.
