Qcue has a highly visible and active leader in Barry who has very high expectations of his teams. His door is an open door, and he supports contributions from anyone at any level. The team counts at Qcue, we are all in this together and everyone supports that notion. Qcue is incredibly diverse, we all have a lot of respect for each other and celebrate how diverse we are. A very relaxed environment, where we all work hard but have the time to smile and have a laugh with each other.

Not many cons... only that expectations really are high and you have to build trust with leadership and your team before you are given more autonomy. Everyone is listened to, but you have to go above and beyond to make an impact.
