      Pros

      Awesome Apprenticeship program that develops young high potentials

      Cons

      Very Bad Management, Company was restructured multiple times during the last years, it's basically been an "around-the-world" tour and ended up the same structure as when I joined the company. Private Equity is not exactly helping to stabilize this situation.

      Pros

      They allow to be influential parts in large projects right from the get go and treat you with lots of respect

      Cons

      I mostly worked remote so these weren't big issues for me, but if your not on the job site, the workplace is a cubicle setting, but that's pretty common place for project engineering positions
