You have to find out on your own. Lack of Documentation. No walkthrough. Micro Management. They talks about culture but its poor work culture and micro management and politics is there. Streamlined structure is not there and you are expected to deliver without any proper KT and expectation is to deliver for start of the project for a new joiner.
