      Culture is positive for the most part.

      Cons

      Poor acquisition choice resulted in reduction in force and pressure from investors has spurned leadership to take further action to layoff because they don't take accountability for their misses of churn.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid
