      Product is genuinely exciting. Fully embraced AI - both internally as an organisation and within our products. Customers love us and what we can do for them. Good work-life-balance. Lots of great, dedicated, nice people.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
