      Pros

      Qlik is a company that treats its employees fairly, allows for a great work / life balance and a chance to learn and work with an innovative and evolving set of products. It's a great place to work.

      Cons

      No major cons to report. Like any tech company, things move fast, but the support system here makes it manageable. I’m very satisfied with my time here.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
