      1) Occasionally requires extending work hours to attend meetings or calls. 2) Limited opportunities to fully utilize planned leave days.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.
