      Flexibility when deciding where to work from.

      Cons

      Being owner by an investment fund is very obvious. Cutting costs everywhere.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
