      Pros

      Great work life balance with full transparency amongst the team. The team here acts like a team, motivating and pushing one another to do better. One can always rely on the colleagues here. Everyone is so approachable here, that even a new employee feels right at place from the start of their journey in this company

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
