      Pros

      Qlik is committed to investing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging with support for many employee resource groups and initiatives. DEIB is not just a tick mark at Qlik. It's a commitment to engage and actively support initiatives that make a difference.

      Cons

      Not all teams have recovered from layoffs in 2023 which has left some teams feeling overburdened by workload.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      Cons

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
