Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

Product vision is strong and the growth potential is high

Leaders are detached from the innovations happening in the market, and let their egos override doing the right things.
