Pros

Great team and collaborative culture – people are kind, smart, and always willing to help. Excellent work-life balance, with flexible hours and hybrid work options. Exposure to modern BI tools and technologies, with opportunities to grow technically. Supportive immediate management, especially within local teams. Strong commitment to customers, with a sense of purpose and impact.

Cons

Senior leadership can feel disconnected from the day-to-day reality in local teams. Organizational decisions are sometimes unclear, and long-term vision is not always communicated. Frequent internal reorganizations and layoffs in recent years have affected morale and stability. Compensation is fair but not always competitive with market standards, especially for high performers. Advancement and promotions can take longer than expected, even for consistently high-performing employees.

Pros

Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

Cons

Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

-Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

-Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
