      It has friendly atmosphere for the lazy people and good vacations

      Cons

      There are no talented leaders and a lot of favoritism. There are no major projects which have been well-planned and executed in time. Everything is done not due to, but despite of. The company has been going in circles with the changes of top executives, but it was never beneficial. It has been acquired by Emblem recently and no-one is positive about keeping their jobs. If you are hard-working individual, you'll never be promoted. There are no bonuses.
