Pros
Freedom to find your own clients and negotiate price terms and products with the clients. Pricing structure was very fair considering the market.
Cons
They made endless promises that we would be getting a bonus around Christmas...never happened, then again in the spring...never happened. Then when we asked the said there wasn't going to be a bonus because we didn't make enough sales, even though we exceeded the budgets put forward.
