I am sorry this is the experience you have had at Appsbroker, as I think I have said previously, it's not for everyone. We have made some changes to provide clarity to all our team on who we are, where we are going and how we are going to get there. I honestly believe that this has been well received and we have more cohesion across the business, at least that is what our results are showing! We have also provided our middle management with a lot more empowerment and directional control which is also proving to be a success.
