Pros

Good health insurance for one person only. If you have a family or dependent it's not possible to obtain.

Cons

The mistreatment of employees is unfortunate. Raises never happen. Men keep getting promoted. The HR dept is terrible and you constantly hear them talking bad about employees in the break room. Any good reviews from this company happen either before they see their true colors or by active executives, believe that. This is a sexist corporation who gives executive positions to rap stars who create videos about cocaine (Google Supa Tight). If a male can even notice the lack of female leadership and the womanizing that occurs, this would be a good indication of the problem. All talent is leaving because of the lack of caring. The CEO wanted to do a Christmas thing and help someone have a great Christmas that didn't have anything. This is fantastic, don't get me wrong; but later it appeared he was only concerned about the positive publicity since he can't take care of his existing employees. Since Sprint launched, we now have the hood running loose in the building. Raise the bar on employees. More theft has happened from within the walls since they have taken over.

Pros

The ability to transition is this company's best asset. I've never seen a company so able to change its feathers so quickly. They really try to make sure the products/services are profitable in order to continue employing the many residents of Margate and surrounding counties. They employ some amazing talent and have provided the opportunity to work with some of these individuals which has been a highlight of my time with the company. I look forward to seeing what other talent they can attract as they shape-shift into 2017.

Cons

The company used to promote from within and it didn't matter who you knew, if you were willing to put in the time and effort, you could work your way through the ranks. Now, however, the only promoting happens from outside (including outside the state as many employees work remotely) and many of the new management members, while they may be talented, don't really embrace the employees and don't treat anyone like they are equals. This company cannot accomplish what this company does without everyone...so it does take a village; unfortunately the village power doesn't seem to get it. Also, despite a review identifying the HR Department as 'great' for the employees, I believe that the majority of employees would say that they don't trust the HR Department and find it very difficult to express their true feelings about their jobs for fear of retaliation from the HR Director. Unfortunate, but true.
