Pros
The work environment at Qosina is pleasant with a good work/life balance. Most people are friendly and make the day-to-day enjoyable. There are opportunities to work remotely with a flexible schedule. Management is focused on investing in the company, and providing opportunities for learning and growth. There is a great amount of longevity amongst employees, suggesting that people are happy and that this is a great place to work.
Cons
Communication silos exist, especially between leadership and employees with boots on the ground. It is sometimes tedious to get things done, involving many layers of bureaucracy that needlessly exist in an organization of this size.

Pros
Qosina is growing at a fast pace, and because of that they are constantly analyzing processes and revamping to stay current. There are also new opportunities that may not immediately exist, but Qosina is constantly mapping out growth opportunities for its employees, including investing in training and certifications. Qosina has created an environment that allows for more work-life balance over the last few years and is greatly appreciated! Management/HR appreciates transparency and will look for ways to educate and improve situations/opportunities for employees.
Cons
There are a handful of employees who aren't appreciative of all the awesome things that the company does for us. It is frustrating that people are ungrateful and spread negativity to others. Qosina does a lot of things throughout the year to boost morale and spread some cheer and it can be disheartening when people don't see the effort and compassion that the company has for its employees.

Pros
You can do whatever you want and no one really cares. You can switch departments or get promoted with zero experience and in some cases unqualified.
Cons
Management is incompetent. No one really knows what goes on in each department. Too many unqualified individuals pretending to be professional. They do surveys and hold meeting in an attempt to show the CEO they care about there employees when in actuality nothing is ever improved and no one follows through. The problem is upper management is idealistic, I've seen promotions based purely off senority. It's a shame because the family who owns the company genuinely care but they get smoke and mirrors in an attempt to distract them from the fact the company could be far more successful if management didn't take advantage . There's a small percentage of great hard working intelligent employees, and a large percent of people who just look to collect a check. It doesn't matter how many holiday parties you do or how many BBQs you put together, there's a clear disconnect on every level of management , between each other and employees.
