      Good work-life balance, involved with some interesting technology players

      Cons

      Inability to make critical decisions, operates in US but doesn't adopt US culture, lack of innovative products, risk aversion even for small things, very small market for current products, unwilling to take on new challenges, not entrepreneurial, US benefits are terrible, communications are very rough at times
