A company like qpiai with 4 stars in glassdoor is such a pain to see. Where do i start from? Most of the reviews were critical about the management, but there is one more thing to speak about. Work ethics is a speciality here. You can blame the hard working poor juniors if the deadline is not met. You can credit rob the junior's effort for yourself if the project took off well. The management knows everything, but still chooses to believe what was said to them. The **operations and HR** side of the company were total 0. Management is a total joke, like we have a feel like they don't even exist. All the leads and managers included! And guess what, the company doesn't care. They live in a world such that the operations and HR are brilliantly functioning! Pity!
