Pros
1. Massive exposure, literally unbelievable and unprecedented. 2. Very clear scope of work. 3. Guidance available at every step and level of the organisation, and for as many times as one might require - very patient and kind people. 4. Very meticulous about work, nothing but the best makes it to the website. The CEO goes through almost every article and gives feedback to the editor and author directly. 5. Very transparent structure of organisation and career path. 6. Informal and off-the-job bonding is off the charts. 7. Takes very generous steps to make you feel comfortable and deals with your concerns as if their own. The VP discussed issues like my mental health at one point and has been there for me as a person.
Cons
1. The training schedules and assignments can get a little messy. But, that is only a possibility. 2. The job does not pay you. It is not a con per se. They mention it flat-out on their website. The CEO does not even get paid. But, the work does not feel like asking for money.
