      Sometimes have to extend working hours only when there is critical delivery.

      I have been working at Qsome Technologies full time for more than 2 years. Their is a saying that you will never know your full potential unless you keep challenging yourself. In Qsome you will get such challenging opportunities where you will discover your full potential. It gives very good opportunity for freshers to show case their strength and talent. you will get chance to work with different projects and learn different technologies and technical skills. Encourage creative "outside the box" thinking and helps the employees to come up with new solutions to the problems.

      Their is no cons but some time in the time-crunch situation we have to extend our work hours to complete the given task.
