A company with a good reputation in their industry, a management team that is concerned to do the right things and things right, people centric organization providing good work life balance
Cons
Services businesses are hard to grow and suseptible to economic changes. Working on projects at client site my turn into long term engagements as long as 1 to 2 years. Good for the company but can create a disconnect in sense of belonging between employee and company
