Pros

There are no pros at this company

Cons

- Overall toxic work environment: people don't take responsibilities for their own mistakes and will blame others. A lot of unnecessary drama at the production facilities and even the corporate office. - Leadership is incompetent: they are very selfish and will pick on you if they do not like you. They only reward themselves and leave the rest behind. The turnover here is very high as they continually bully good people and drive them away. - No guaranteed pay raise: you may get a decent pay to start, but you are very likely to be stuck at same rate every year. Do not be fooled if you are offered a nice looking salary/pay rate. - Absolutely no growth: they will hire external candidates and give zero consideration to their own employees. The only people who get promotions are people in leadership. You can also lose a promotion or new opportunity to nepotism, which unfortunately exists here. - Unless you are REALLY desperate for a job, DO NOT look here. Leadership are the only people who actually benefit at this company and there is huge favoritism.

Pros

Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

Cons

Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
