Pros
When I started it was still a "family" business but on a big scale. Now, just another profit seeking corp. Benefits were good, again slipping with the change from family to corporate. Flexibility in non production positions
Cons
Salary was below average Managers were promoted based upon being from Wisconsin vs being good. Many of these guys were not good managers and hurting the non-Wisco facilities
