I made a lot of money while I was here and met some awesome people. The bennies aren't terrible either.
Cons
Your life belongs to them. Mandatory OT and vacation fill-ins, can't give OT away, can't take unpaid time off, and it's a 12 hour shift. I literally did not have a life outside of this place for the 2 years I worked there; my boyfriend is still there and is absolutely miserable. Benefits used to be amazing, they're not bad now but they're definitely not as good as they were. The company is run by a bunch of people who've never set foot on a production floor and don't have the slightest clue of how to actually do the job that they're setting unrealistic expectations for.
