Cons
Low pay. Mind numbingly boring, dull, monotonous job. Horrible benefits package for a company this size. 12 hour shifts. Management lies to employees, understaffs maint. and pressroom. Uses Earthday to con employees into doing their landscaping and cleanup for them. Cheats customers by lying to them about job specs. Smart Tools only complicates the job, when they should be trying to make things simpler. The old adage fits here. Keep It Simple, Stupid. All those stupid corporate catchphrases mean nothing. The money Joel makes by conning the customers and screwing over the employees he uses for his collection of exotic cars, while the employees have difficulty paying huge medical bills because of the lousy benefits. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would.
