Pros

Culture and Values - Inclusive culture with strong military based value system. The company actually sticks to its values and that drives all the decision making at all levels. - Open culture with flat structure. Although there is a flow of information to add more structure, everything is shared with senior leadership and vice-versa. - During interview, company does lookout if the candidate is in alignment with the company values. Diversity and Inclusion - Its pretty much a global company with people coming from UK to Australia and everything in between. - There is a strong sense of anti-racism and a drive for equal opportunities to everyone. Male/Female, pregnant/not-pregnant, India/Australia/UK, Senior/Junior all does not matter, only skills and personality matter Career Opportunities - Decent number of projects for a tech consultancy startup in all the areas of operations giving employees an option to switch tech and get industry exposure. - Being placed at a client from Quadcorps generally ensures that you are put up higher in the ladder which otherwise would have taken you much longer to reach from a traditional company standpoint Work/Life Balance - Heavy focus on health and fitness, with some of the directors leading the way for it. - Have experience managers pushing back on extra work and asking to spend time on myself rather than delivering on extra work and asks. - People literally do not message you when on vacation, this one is new for me. Senior Management - Leadership is quite open in its approach. Every question asked and suggestion delivered is responded to. You feel like you are being heard. Compensation and Benefits - A little above at par w.r.t. to industry standards, leadership is open to talk and negotiate things. Fairly clear on what they CAN and CANNOT do. No foul play. - Minimal benefits, but the programme is continuously improving and I can see a new benefit getting added every 6-8 months.

Cons

Culture and Values - none Diversity and Inclusion - None as of now. Better to have more women involved in the company as the other gender brings in different perspective as well. Career Opportunities - None Work/Life Balance - None Senior Management - None Compensation and Benefits - Much more benefits like life insurance, stock options shall be added.

Pros

I've been a part of QuadCorps for almost a year, and I can honestly say it's been the most fulfilling job experience I've had. Being in a expanding business exposes you to various facets of the company, providing an excellent platform for career development. The leadership team is not only strong but also supportive, creating an environment with an 'open door' policy where questions and new ideas are always welcomed. QuadCorps has a remote-first and flexible work approach, meaning maintaining a healthy work-life balance has become much more manageable.

Cons

As the company expands, it would be wonderful to see additional benefits for employees.

Pros

I've been at QuadCorps for a year, and so far it has been fantastic. It's a business in start-up mode, and so the opportunity to learn is everywhere! I've found that the leadership team champion a fail fast mentality, which has allowed me to shape my own role into something that I really enjoy. We are remote-first and champion flexibility as much as is reasonable, which has made for some great work/life balance. I'm excited to see where we can go from here.

Cons

Like many start-ups, the benefit package isn't huge, but it's visibly improving quarter-by-quarter. The good intention is there, and I trust the leadership to continue down this path.
