Pros

Great benefits such as onsite gym, company retreat, beer Fridays and lax clothing.

Cons

Expected to make a certain amount of calls - quantity versus quality seems to be the philosophy. They monitor your calls and workstation. Tough to sell a commodity. Also, you are expected to be there at designated times. It’s not like other companies where you can come in and leave at flexible hours.

There is hardworking people here, trying to build something positive. They talk about the company like a family alot, nice place, proud to work here. It keeps growing

Cons

It takes real work for a longtime to make it here. Lots of opportunity to move up though

Pros

Fun place to work. Free parking. Easily accessible with car. Fun culture.

Cons

Lack of leadership/management skills, no growth career path, Barely promote within, they more often look to fill positions from outside the organization instead of mentoring and promoting within which leads to a lot of turn over from new hires not being the right fit and dedicated employees leaving. A lot of red tape from micromanaging which gets exhausting.
