The vibe of the office is very negative. The managers are not good at judging people's skills. This is not a place to grow. The money in your pocket might grow for the first few years, but that too will stop. The place is filled with all sorts of toxic things which you can imagine from trash talks to foul language to rape jokes etc. Not a place to grow.
