Pros

*Almost every day was different *Got to see all sorts of new and different places *Company car with a gas card *Stable, secure job *Company cell phone and laptop *Vacation time *Commission on supply sales *Office closed for many snow days and still paid employees

Cons

*Lack of advancement opportunity *Service team is always short-handed and stretched thin *Laid off several technicians in the past few years and did not replace them *Salary is okay but not what it should be *Annual raises are a joke (1-2%) *Management doesn't care how the techs feel *Too much windshield time (driving) due to techs covering large territories

Cons

Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

Pros

Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

Cons

The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
