- This is a "reactive" role opposed to "proactive" as a real CSM role.
- The phones. If you hate talking on the phone, I advise to look elsewhere.
- The pay is very low below industry average pay by a good 20% minimum.
- The work load can become unbearable.
- No praise or incentives for working hard, you're just rewarded with more work.
- You will do a lot of work outside of the job description (technical support, accounting, etc) with absolutely no extra pay, rarely praise.
