Great people and projects but you'll always be burnt out and you'll never progress - Account Manager Quadmark Employee Review

Management, mental health management and progressions. People are in management positions out of favoritism and not because they can manage. Everyone got burnt out and mental health is a true issue as a result, which results in the company giving everyone an unplanned day off. Nice gesture but doesn't resolve the core issue. There is no real progression other than becoming an I'll equipt manager.
