Pros
Quadmark was truly a great place to work. The people are what make it great and it's a place that truly cares about its people. There is plenty of space to progress and they allow you to explore areas of work that you are keen to try and do not just fit you into one box. No question is a silly question at QM and opinions are truly valued. I was truly sad to leave at the end of my time.
Cons
Occasionally busy periods and sometimes difficult clients but not dissimilar from other places of work.
