Potential Internal Employees Beware - Sales Quadrant Employee Review

The management is the key to this section. The CEO makes decisions based on her emotions for that day in which may or may not be in the company's best interest. A lot of the upper management has to always has to carefully walk past eggshells and wait for "ideal" times to have simple discussions in which would benefit the business greatly. Many deals have been blown up just because of management's ego to be right and not made in the best interest of running a successful business or letting your sales team harvest relationships and build better rapport with their clients. Please beware when joining this team, the environment is very toxic and extremely competitive so there is 0 team work and a very narrow training program to learn the job. There is some good management there but they are honestly just there for the paycheck... Also environment is not friendly to minorities / pro diversity. There is a lot of racial jokes constantly being stating in the office. There is also currently a lawsuit about this too. There were 4 employees (3 minorities and 1 Caucasian) let go during my tenure there. 1 was brought back, and happened to not be the minority... Don't think it was a coincidence..
