Pros
Money, holidays, PTO. Probably the only good things about working here. Overall hostile environment and favoritism to the most senior people.
Cons
Everything. The culture is terrible here. No employee is happy. Everyone is here to collect a paycheck until they find something better. There were 2 Account Managers who left back to back who were making 30k and 10k and spread a week. Even money wasn't enough for them to stay! CEO wished that everyone would in one point of their life receive cancer to go through the struggle and pain she did to be successful... not even kidding about that one.
