While the intentions are good, like any small company, their are biases and favoritism. Luckily I was on the good end of that.

Easy to get to from many areas (w/public transportation). Flexibility and understanding in terms of personal needs (e.g. time off) Benefits available Excellent middle management leaders

Only 30-minute lunch break Worst benefits ever; hardly worth paying for Very poor upper management leaders Favoritism toward some employees Lack of communication in many areas Low salaries Minimal annual raises (or sometimes none) No holiday bonuses (or sometimes just for some people)
