Pros
Phenomenal place to work within the private club industry. The best part of the job is working with the members who are without a doubt, the nicest, and kindest people to work for and serve. Management expects you to do your job and deliver quality service, which is expected and necessary when working in the hospitality field.
Cons
Not too many cons. Staff and members are great to work with and for. It gets hectic during season and a little stressful but that is to be expected.
