1) Work culture not at all good. 2) Manager always tries to divide the team (Divide and conquer). 3) Too much office politics 4) Poor hikes 5) There were few good people but they left very soon due to environment of office and senior management team 6) Upper management will always threaten you to remove from your job 7) Infrastructure is too bad, AC, fans does not work properly . Even after telling to management they hardly bothered about it. 8) Management treats as if they own you.
