      Pros

      Populated top to bottom by people who are there to get the job done and work with each other. This company is successful and growing because they accept nothing but full commitment.

      Cons

      As a maturing startup in a fast-moving market, it can feel like the company is constantly scrambling to keep up (or stay ahead). Fortunately, on the whole it's very good at scrambling.

      Pros

      Huge total addressable market, well-funded, good product/market fit, great customer logos, great teammates, flexible/hybrid office environment, strong Board of Directors.

      Cons

      It's a hair-on-fire pace - there's a lot of urgency around everything. That's not a con but it's definitely an acquired taste. Company has improved with new leadership in terms of keeping all the activities aligned vs. just a bunch of firedrills, but lots of folks are still new.
