Solid technology and happy clients. I work with great people -- everyone wants the same thing which is for Quali to be wildly successful. Very supportive culture during my tenure so far.

Benefits/perks could be improved, particularly in this job market. Org is top heavy which can lead to disconnect.

Huge total addressable market, well-funded, good product/market fit, great customer logos, great teammates, flexible/hybrid office environment, strong Board of Directors.
Cons
It's a hair-on-fire pace - there's a lot of urgency around everything. That's not a con but it's definitely an acquired taste. Company has improved with new leadership in terms of keeping all the activities aligned vs. just a bunch of firedrills, but lots of folks are still new.
