A Nasty Little Company - Anonymous employee Quality Built Employee Review

QB is a nasty little company with bi-coastal management. If you're a mindless automaton you will do well at Quality Built. But thinking by its field consultants is not allowed or appreciated. They track employee movement, hours and mileage via the company issued cell phones and the software seems designed to screw employees out of miles and hours. Field consultants spend more time trying to get the hours corrected than working. The staff in San Diego is a complete and utter disaster. The worst aspect, however, is just how useless their inspection templates are. They're written by a person who has no understanding of construction or time management.
