Thank you for your positive evaluation and we hope you continue to be happy in your employment. However, there is no slow season in our programs. We are working to give away free energy improvements to low income families year-round. We seek to enroll families evenly throughout the year. We also make available an enormous utlity-supplied list of potential participants if you (or any other outreacher) wants to contact additional families for enrollment.

Pros

The work environment is free and friendly

Cons

I have to handle all the problems on my own; when I discover an issue, only Allan is willing to fix it.

Pros

Coworkers are nice, okay starting pay, once you get the hang of the job it can be fairly stress free

Cons

Some of the other telemarketers complain too much when they don't get an appointment which can lower morale, appointments are sometimes fickle and people cancel last minute, there doesn't seem to be much appreciation from upper management, communication from one department to another is poor, responsibilities and procedures change without notice/proper training

New training methods and information delivery systems have been put in place to foster better inter-departmental communication. We value our telemarketing staff and have measures in place to develop and cultivate a positive work experience here.
