Pros
This is a very understandable company to work for. The general manager is great and treats everybody like family. If you're a hard worker and dedicate yourself to this hotel they will recognize it for you. The general manager also is very compassionate loves our military and veterans and will do anything for his team.
Cons
Some weeks they'll have you on night shift the next thing you know you'll be working in the morning every other day and everyday between that would be night shift. The scheduling is kind of messed up and promises of raises will be spoken about but we'll move like molasses. Yes, this company also has their own employee sets, you either fit in or crap will be talked about you until you get out.
