      It's a good place to start but your going to be a roving guard or static officer.

      Cons

      Company can not compete with the industry to maintain contracts. No contracts means no work or worse positions.

      It is a [rofessional organization that takes good care of its employees.

      Cons

      Time Zone between Vegas and DC is critical to support the leaders in the field. I suggest to have the organization HQ in the DC area instead of Las Vegas.
