8yWe agree that QSI is filled with hard workers and great people! Definitely plenty to do and the fast paced environment seems to make time fly.
Some positions have bonus programs and we would encourage anyone that is unclear on the program details to visit with their supervisor.
QSI supervisors hold One 2 One's with their employees on a quarterly basis. During those one on one meetings, the employee has the floor to bring up any items they choose and the supervisor can discuss any topics they have as well. The idea is to always stay in constant contact with the teams to know what their wins and struggles are. The time can also be used to talk about things outside of work (family, sports, hobbies, etc).
As for HR processes, they are continuously being reviewed. We have a legal team review our policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with expectations. When we have employees struggling with performance, there is a performance plan process that is followed to try and get them the help they need. QSI wouldn't be where we are today without the employees. We value them and want them to succeed.
