- Messy interview proccess. - They want you to track everything on Jira which is very time consuming. - HR runs behind you for everything, forcing you to take sick days even if you can WFH, you can feel that they don't trust employees that much and ask for proof of everything. - Severely understaffed, tight deadlines, everyone works overtime about 60-70% of the year. - Projects start out of thin air, there's no question if anyone has time to dedicate, you have to finish the project no matter what.

Very good working environment. Interesting technologies if you exclude ADF. Your work will always be recognized. Compensation is fair

Severely understaffed. Jira time tracking seems a bit too much. Lack of proper testing and ci/cd.
