      - Terrible management - Mass layoffs with no warning or severance for recent hires; my team across multiple states got laid off and let go within one day - Poor benefits - Do NOT work here unless you are desperate for experience or need visa sponsorship, even then I’d be weary of this company

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
