Pros
Business is booming, we have more than doubled over the past year. The office hires a lot of relatively young people and gives them an opportunity to grow as fast as they can handle it We have a very multi-cultural group with people from about 20 different countries
Cons
This type of work requires an ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing conditions. There is not a lot of hand holding so if you need a very structured environment this might not be the place for you.
